This is a placeholder terms of service document. The final terms will be generated via a standard template service before public launch and will cover, at minimum:
- License grant (you may use Villains as the end user; Claw & Code LLC retains all IP)
- Acceptable use (no reverse-engineering, no resale, no use against ClubWPT Gold's terms of service)
- Subscription, billing, and refund policy
- Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
- Account termination, data retention after termination, and dispute resolution
- Governing law (likely Cole's state of incorporation)
